I have four daughters who all attend a range of dance classes with Miss Anderson. These include ballet, tap and street jazz. They all love their classes and look forward to the next time they go!

My eldest two girls have both taken exams, one in ballet (primary and grade 1) and the other in tap (grade 2); they are very proud of their achievements.

Three of my girls were in the summer show last year which was fantastic and very exciting for everyone-great to see all the age ranges and abilities included in the show, from the 3 year olds in baby ballet to the teenagers in street.

I also attend the adult street class every Monday evening which helps to keep me fit and keep up with my girls!

Miss Anderson is a fantastic teacher and knows just how to get the best out of her pupils.

My daughter, now six, joined Miss Anderson’s baby ballet class when she was three years old. She absolutely loved this class which is made particularly welcoming for the little ones as they are invited to bring along a favourite bear or doll to take part.

My daughter had fun as she progressed through the classes, made friends and developed her skills, both in terms of physical ability and confidence.

As a mother, I very much enjoy the watch weeks in which we are invited to the studio to watch a short performance and see first-hand how our children are progressing.

The high point of the year has to be the summer show which is held at the Lighthouse Theatre. The commitment of the children and the standard of the dancing is a real credit to all of the children who take part, but ultimately to Miss Anderson who is a great teacher who really knows how to get the best out of her pupils.

My name is Eden and I have been dancing with Miss Anderson since I was 4 years old. I really enjoy all of my lessons. I think they are great fun and Miss Anderson is awesome. I think that the new studio is brill, I like the mirrors because you can see yourself dancing and you can see if you are doing the right moves.
